Ovenly is a bakery on a mission. Started by Erin Patinkin and Agatha Kulag, Ovenly vows to use the best ingredients with the least amount of waste, while offering job training. The baked goods are pretty delicious too, ranging from over-sized salted chocolate chip cookies and caramel brownies to blueberry corn flake muffins, a lemon-rasberry loaf and hot chocolate cookies. Ovenly also has locations in Chelsea Market and a flagship store in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
