Paisley is a fine dining establishment in Tribeca paying homage to the food, art and culture of India. The kitchen is helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Peter Beck who served as Executive Chef at Tamarind, and also left his mark at Chola and Imli. Diners will find spirited Indian cuisine, such as Kashmiri Yakhni, lamb broth with yogurt, fennel, saffron, cardamom and mint; Crab Koli, jumbo lump crab, manglorean sauce and naan chips; and Duck Pantra, duck-filled crepes with a lemon pepper sauce. Classic curries are also offered along with Pulao, an Indian-style rice pilaf with choice of chicken or goat. A selection of housemade breads include Garlic Naan, Rosemary Naan, Lachha Paratha and Corn Roti. Cocktails come with names like By The Whey with banana infused rum, Dubonet, black tea and clarified milk, and Running Laight with Bar Hill Gin, Suze, and Domaine Canton, as well as an international beer and wine selection. >>
