Fun, fab and luscious is the best way to describe Palette, a new cafe on the “beauty level” at Bergdorf Goodman. Vibrant art and pops of color liven up this wonderful space designed by New Orleans artist Ashley Longshore. The menu also gets its inspiration from New Orleans. Look for things like a slow-roasted Duck Po’ Boy, Lobster BLT and Crab Cake Benedict, as well as house-made biscuits with honey butter. If Palette is designed to draw a younger audience, it’s working.
