Park Asia is a go-to spot for dim sum and other Chinese delicacies in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The space is actually quite elegant with crystal chandeliers and linen tableclothes. Around brunch time, the place fills up and the dim sum carts are deployed offering an assortment of small plates including ribbons of rice noodles filled with pork, translucent shrimp dumplings, pork ribs in black bean sauce, hot peppers stuffed with shrimp paste and much more. You can also order off the menu, which is quite extensive, and includes things like sticky rice with crab, Peking Duck, and lobster with ginger sauce.
