Patisserie Chanson offers what it calls "humble yet innovative" pastries, sandwiches and afternoon tea. London-born chef Rory McDonald is serving fresh-made breads, seasonal focaccia and croissant. Teas including "Tea with the Queen" and "Afternoon in Paris" are also available, along with assorted pastries and bon bons. By night, Patisserie Chanson is transformed into The Dessert Bar located beneath the shop in a prohibition-era casino academy which requires a reservation.
