Details:

The Pennsy, an upscale food hall near Penn Station, now has an open-air beer garden. An enlarged bar inside is providing dozens of brews on tap. Picnic-style tables are perfect for large groups and it's conveniently located just steps away from Madison Square Garden. The Pennsy also has a few new vendors, including Taco Dumbo and pizza by Ribalta.
