Petee's Pie Company on the Lower East Side is turning out delicious pies with a wonderful, flaky crust. We're big fans of the coconut cream, but you will also find apple, cherry crumb and blueberry, along with a house favorite, salty chocolate chess pie, and lemon meringue. Petee's is a run by Petra "Petee" Paradez who is no stranger to pie. She grew up working with her parents at Mom's Apple Pie Company in Leesburg, Virginia. - Thomas Rafael
