Details: PhoBar now has a second location in Chinatown on Mott Street. The contemporary Vietnamese noodle bar, by Mike Khuu and Li Pien, is offering new items like Bún Bò Huế made with slow braised house brisket, sliced beef and Vietnamese ham in a spicy beef and pork broth, as well as a Deconstructed Phở Pot with 25-hour broth. The individual tableside hot pot is designed to keep the broth at an optimal temperature without overcooking the noodles. Other signature dishes include Snow Crab & Shrimp Riêu, Lobster Phở and Char-Grilled Lemongrass Pork Chops. Beer, wine and Vietnamese coffee drinks are also available. The space is designed to reflect the vibrancy of Saigon. >> Neighborhood: Chinatown Leave a Comment |
