New York has everything. And now it has its own restaurant dedicated solely to focaccia. Piccola Cucina Focaccia is a sliver of a place located on MacDougal Street. Sicilian Chef Philip Guardione is serving up slices of thin focaccia infused with creamy Crescenza cheese. It's sort of like ricotta, but with more of a bite. The focaccia is great plain, or add some tomato and basil, prosciutto or one of several other toppings being offered. Look to spend five dollars or more for a large square slice.Location:
