Organic Sourdough Pizza is the name of the game at Pizzette in East Wiliamsburg. There is the Clam Pie (hand-shucked clams, roasted garlic and fresh mozzarella), Madonna (a star-shaped pie with zucchini, spicy tomato sauce and mushrooms), and Blu Duck (Wine marinated duck hash, caramelized onion, mozzarella, DOP gorgonzola). Other offerings include Walnut Pesto, Red Hot Chili Pizza and Seafood Fra Diablo. Signature cocktails include the 191 Spritz with apertivo, blood orange and Prosecco, and the Montrose with tequila, lime, elderflower liqueur and jalapeño.
