TASTING MENU

 

Every morning, Chef Raymond visits many of New York's specialized and multicultural markets.

He selects the most interesting and best ingredients the markets have to offer.

Those ingredients become the basis of the tasting menu.

Each tasting menu is unique.  Accordingly, 24 hours notice is required.

 Seven Course              Nine Course

  $65 Per Person                    $85 Per Person

 

Please note that tasting menu requires a minimum of two persons.
