Details:

Poke Junke calls itself an enabler for people looking to feed their poke addiction. The space is slick with lots of neon and vibrant images lining the walls. Executive Chef Juan Saurez de Lezo, who grew up in Spain, has traveled the world and is bringing that international flair to every bite. Look for signature poke bowls like rice noodles with squid, cilantro and cucumber on crunchy rice; Ahi Tuna with red onion, pickled turnip, avocado, crunchy garlic on quinoa or coconut rice; and Tropical Ceviche with yellowtail, jalapeños, roasted pineapple, sweet potato lime and crunchy corn.
