Celebrity Chef Donatella Arpaia is putting her stamp on pizza at Prova Pizzabar inside Grand Central. A wonderful supply of rectangular shaped pies with a thick, crunchy crust awaits ranging from a traditional margherita slice ($4) to the Provo ($8) topped with truffle burrata, cherry tomatoes, arugula and Prosciutto di Parma. Another pie getting attention is the Polpetta made with Neapolitan ragu, mozzarella, basil and Donatella's famous meatballs. Prova is also serving salads, pastas and focaccia sandwiches. Grab a slice to go or eat in. Full pies are also available.
