Quality Eats is now in NoMad offering a modern take on the traditional steakhouse with off-cut steaks, handcrafted cocktails and playful desserts. Executive Chef Craig Koketsu is showcasing budget-friendly cuts of beef like the Bavette, Long Bone Short Rib Steak and Top-Blade Flatiron. Cocktails include the Carnival Old Fashioned which arrives with homemade cotton candy and the Butter Ducky, a play on hot buttered rum. The space itself is industrial chic with seating for 100 guests and another 24 in the bar area. This is Quality Eats third New York City location with a fourth restaurant slated to open in Chicago in the spring of 2019.
