Republic of Booza, the popular Eastern Mediterranean ice cream shop in Williamsburg, is branching out with a summer pop-up in Fort Greene. The new location on Willoughby Avenue will offer classic and experimental flavors like Salted Oreo, Labneh & Honey, and Raspberry EVOO. Exclusive Fort Greene flavors will include Cinnamon Leaf, and Caramel Chutney. The shop will be open 7 days a week from 12pm-11pm on week days and until midnight on weekends.
