DINNER MENU

SALAD

Revival House Salad  $ 6.50 Crispy lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers, topped with croutons and house dressing. 

Chef’s Caesar Salad   $ 6.50Romaine lettuce tossed with croutons, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese & slices of chicken and tomatoes on top. Mango and Pear Salad  $ 7.00 Julian’s of mango and Asian pears mixed with honey and olive dressing served on a bed of spring mix.

Johzah Chicken Salad  $ 8.00 Diced chicken white meat and peppers accompanied with frize lettuce and then glazed with flaked chili oil. Served on herbed Parmesan blanket.

APPETIZERS

Cornbread Mushroom  $ 6.50 Dices of mushrooms flashed in a pan with onions, garlic, thyme, tomatoes, and chickpeas, topped on a slice of corn bread, glazed with cheese and finished with a lemon butter sauce.

Shrimp Risotto  $ 8.00Garlic flavored Italian Rice cooked with Mushrooms and Baby Shrimps accompanied with Tomato sauce, Butter sauce and Cranberry sauce.

Salmon Wrapped Scallops  $ 8.50 Smoked Salmon placed on top of plump, juicy, marinated, bay scallops served with a small mixed green salad and finished with a teriyaki dressing.

Spicy Butter Shrimps  $ 9.00 Shrimp sautéed in butter and jerk seasoning served in a slice of grilled eggplant finished with a creamy saffron sauce.                 Caribbean style Lamb Patties   $ 8.00 Succulent, juicy, minced lamb patties are pan fried golden brown and served with a sweet mango sauce.

SOUPS AND BROTHS

Crab and Prawn Bisque   $ 6.00 A rich extract of crabs, prawns and diced herbs finished with cream and a crouton of red pepper aioli makes this soup irresistible.

Blackened NY Strip  $17.00 Prime cut of New York Strip Steak dusted in Creole spices, blackened on a hot skillet and coated with a demi glaze.  Served with mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes.

LA Lamb Rack  $21.50 Marinated and cooked to perfection!  Served on top of a bed of mashed potato & sweet potato puree and mixed vegetable. Finished with a yellow bell pepper sauce.

Peppery Roasted Duck Breast  $17.00 Duck breast roasted to your temperature with dates and black pepper sauce served with twin mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.

Mushroom Chicken   $15.50 Roasted Chicken Breast covered in a Shitake, Portobello Mushroom sauce with a Tomato and Parmesan topping

Cider Brined Spare Ribs  $17.00 These tender ribs are gently simmered in a stock with star anise, peppercorns, dried chilies, orange, and vinegar, then treated with a smoked barbeque sauce and finished in the oven.  A finger-licking delight served with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.

FROM THE SEA

Red Snapper Linguini  $16.00 Fresh filet of Snapper seasoned with cumin and paprika, sealed in hot olive oil and topped on linguini with pesto, mushroom sauce, tomato sauce and parmesan cheese.

Peppered Salmon  $15.00 Salmon is gently dabbed in a mixture of steak pepper, brown sugar, thyme, and parsley sealed in hot oil, oven-cooked and finished with a demi glaze and beurre blanc sauce.  Served with twin mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.

Crusted Seafood   $16.50 Scallops, prawns, and grouper filet is lightly tossed in a pan with garlic, herbs, and spices and finished with a creamy seafood sauce.  Topped with a flaky puff pastry crust and a spoonful of rich chili beans.  Served with a side of mixed vegetables.

Crusted Chilean Sea Bass $25.00 Crusted Chilean Sea Bass served on a bed of sautéed spinach with beurre blanc and barbeque tomato sauce.  Served with twin mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.

Sizzler Lobster Tail with Scallops  $26.00 Oven steamed lobster tail with bay scallops, asparagus, brussel sprouts, and carrot.  Served with beurre blanc and tomato sauce in a tomato basket.

Eggplant and Croquet Roll  $13.00 Slices of eggplant seasoned with sweet paprika, oregano, lemon juice, and herbs are pan sautéed and placed over a vegetable croquet.  Topped and finished with tomato sauce, feta cheese and grated cheese.  Served with mixed vegetables.

Grilled Portobello with Cheese   $12.50 Ravioli Grilled Portobello mushroom on a bed of cheese ravioli finished with pesto and homemade marinara sauce.
