A beloved member of the FiDi food scene since 2013, Chef Billy Kooper's menu features unique twists on beloved BBQ and American recipes with a strong emphasis on hand-selected ingredients from farm to table vendors.   Our All-American Whiskey list is comprised of an array of highly allocated Bourbons, Ryes, and Whiskeys.  On tap is a strictly 100% American craft beer selection.

New menu items include: BBQ Chips and Dip-dusted with special blend of bbq spices with Blue cheese dip; Loaded Fries- spicy cheese sauce, bbq brisket in Memphis sauce, scallion & scallion crème fraiche; Buffalo Cauliflower-  deep fried, buffalo sauce, blue cheese, carrots + celery; Texas Brisket or Pulled Pork Tacos- pickled red onion, avocado, salsa rioja, scallion sour cream; Juicy Lucy- Angus burger stuffed with American cheese.

Offer:  Spring fever is alive and well at Route 66 Smokehouse where we’ve made some changes to our menu and decor just in time for the new season. To celebrate, on Wednesday, April 19th, 2017 we will be offering free Frozen Hurricanes all night long (1 per customer).
