Salumè is now serving up its Italian paninis in the heart of Times Square. The restaurant is operating a kiosk in the pedestrian plaza between 45th and 46th Street on Broadway. Salumè boasts real Italian ingredients like prosciutto di palma, mortadella, hot salami and buffalo mozzarella.
