Details: Seven Seeds, at the Williamsburg Hotel, is putting the spotlight on Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. The kitchen is helmed by Chef Melissa O' Donnell, a five-time Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient for her past restaurants Lil’ Gem, Thelma on Clinton, and Salt. The menu draws its influence from Greece, Lebanon, Israel, Egypt, Spain, France, and Italy. Look for dishes like Honey Glazed Dates Wrapped in Bacon, Lebanese Spiced Confit Duck Wings, Deconstructed Shawarmas (available with steak, chicken, falafel and lamb), and Steak Kibbeh Naya (steak tartare) & Roasted Bone Marrow.
