SBN aka Sexy By Nature is an unassuming spot from the outside, but inside is a lively Latin bistro serving up some killer drinks and Japanese-Latin fusion bites. A bright neon sign on a green floral wall translates from Spanish into, “The one who looks suffers and the one who touches enjoys.” There is a lengthy list of tropical drinks, including several types of margaritas in flavors like mango and coconut. Shareable plates of oversized rock shrimp and wings are served alongside sushi rolls. They range from traditional – California, Shrimp Tempura, and Yellowtail rolls – to fusion rolls like the La Romano with beef and avocado inside with plantains on the outside. Larger plates include Churrasco, grilled skirt steak with garlic mash, Pan-seared Salmon and the SBN Smashburger. For a sweet finish there is passion fruit tres leches and churros with ice cream.
