Shake Shack's Innovation Kitchen is now open on Varick Street in the West Village. The new state-of-the-art kitchen is designed to allow the chain's culinary team to dig deeper into Shake Shack's roots and explore new opportunities. The first test item is Chick'n Bites; crispy hand-breaded pieces of chicken breast that are launching exclusively at the West Village location. They are served as a 6-piece or 10-piece meal and come with a choice of BBQ or mustard sauce. Guests can taste items and provide instant, real-time feedback. Your favorites could wind up on the menu permanently!
