Shuka, led by Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja, is known for its bold Mediterranean flavors found in mezze plates meant for sharing like marinated olives, falafel and fried halloumi cheese, along with assorted dips. Main courses bring grilled kebabs (shrimp. swordfish, lamb, steak and chicken) and vegetable options like squash schnitzel, crispy cauliflower and fattoush salad. A Shuka Feast is also available ($62 pp) as well as festive cocktails, beer and wine.
