Sons of Thunder, a popular spot for poke and hot dogs, is adding chicken to its offerings. The Huli Huli Chicken bowls are made with hormone-free Bell & Evans chicken. Also on the menu, tuna and salmon poke, fish tacos and a salmon tostada. Brothers James and John Kim, who have roots in Hawaii and grew up in California, are offering diners a taste of both at their restaurants in Murray Hill and Financial District.
