The centepiece at Spice is a canoe shaped bar with a copper top that sets the tone for this delightful Thai restaurant. Lots of exposed brick, stainless steel tables with white plastic seats (that look like they came out of a school cafeteria) also give it a simple yet sheik setting. The food too is simple. And some items like the Crusty Shrimp Crab Fritters, served with a slightly spicy sweet and sour sauce, are simply divine. Also on the menu, you'll find Grilled Lemongrass Chicken and Chelsea Crispy Duck with baby corn, mushrooms and pineapple. Most dishes also give you a choice between beef, chicken, shrimp or tofu as the main ingredient. Can't beat the price at under $20. Fast, friendly service
