Land and sea meet at Steak 'N Lobster in Flatiron. Don Fellner, an original partner in Morimoto restaurants, and Chef Masato Okamoto, have teamed up to create fun dishes like Lobster Cream Puffs, Bacon Cheeseburger Pierogis and Lobster Mac and Cheese. Steak is served several ways, including an Asian-inspired Kogi Steak marinated with sweet and spicy miso sauce, and a hickory-smoked Cajun Steak with a smoky bourbon BBQ sauce. Lobster is kicked up a notch with dishes like "Piri-kara" Lobster smothered in red hot sauce, and a New England-style Lobster Roll with Japanese mayo and diced apple.
