While it's chicken isn't quite as good as Pio Pio , this Peruvian restaurant comes pretty darn close. A whole chicken runs $6.50 and can be ordered with tostones (fried plantains), fried yuca or French fries. They also make ceviche and Parihuela, a Peruvian seafood soup. The place is a plain Jane in what some people might consider a tough part of town.
