Just as blossoms grow and develop, Sushi Blossoms (334 8th Ave) in Chelsea is taking sushi in a new direction promising an exciting experience with each course prepared fresh and served quickly to ensure the best taste.

The “omakase” style dining features a seasonal, multi-course meal with fish sourced from throughout Japan, including Hokkaido, Kagoshima, Ehime, Oita and other coastal regions of Japan.  The menu comes with two price points: A Chef’s Selection for $85 including appetizer, sushi made with caviar, uni , toro and truffles among others. A 17-Course premium menu, including Japanese A5 Wagyu beef, foie gras and a daily seasonal chef’s special costs $128, with a la carte dining to follow.

Japanese lanterns help illuminate the space which features a blond wood chef’s counter along with table seating.  Pink cherry blossoms set the mood.
