Don Pham, the Chef/Owner of Sushi Ishikawa on the East Side, now has a West Side location. Chef Pham, who has worked for such establishments as Morimoto, Geisha and O Ya, is known for putting a unique spin on traditional sushi and customizes his sushi selections for each guest. Guests have two omakase menus to choose from; one with 15 pieces costs $125 while a 16-course meal will set you back $165. Visitors at the chef’s counter will enjoy a front row seat to all of the action.
