Sushi on Jones will debut its first-ever full-service restaurant in Williamsburg  in November. The 40-seat dining room is situated beneath an expansive skylight, and will feature a menu created by Executive Chef, Corwin Kave. New menu items include the Bobo Chicken Yakitori with hot mustard and lemon, and the Tuna Belly Katsu with spicy cabbage and tare sauce. Adjacent to the dining room is an 18-seat bar that will offer a new cocktail program. The restaurant will also cater to diners who prefer to a traditional 30-minute, 12-piece tasting for $58.
