Szechuan Gourmet is ramping up the heat in Midtown. Dishes range from "hot" to "crazy Hot," and they're not kidding. I tend to gravitate to the ones designated with a single chili pepper; spicy dumplings, pork belly and Genteral Tso's chicken. Hotter plates include rabbit with a chili-garlic black bean jam (2 chillies); Hot Chili Chili Blue Crab (3 chillies) and braised lamb with roasted chili (4 chillies).
