Taco Box in the Bowery is more about being seen than it is about eating gourmet grub. One highlight is the inside/outside space with full grown trees and lush greenery that will make you feel like you've entered another dimension. A full bar pumping out pricey mixed drinks ($12 margaritas) and ice cold beers doesn't hurt either. The tacos, while not the best in the city, are worthy of an honorable mention, especially the short rib version. You can enjoy them picnic-style out front under a string of lights. Best of all you will be a trendsetter.
