Details:

Tap, as in tapioca, is serving up crepes made with the white pearls giving the dish a more textured feel. While it may be foreign to most New Yorkers, it's a true Brazilian delicacy. The tapioca is a made from cassava and is gluten free with no salt, sugar or fat. In other words, it's healthy for you. There are several savory versions available, including one with Brazilian cheese, tomatoes and oregano, as well as sweet ones, like the Ipanema, made with dulce de leche and white cheese. You can also create your own crepe. Tap is also offering homemade juices, including acai lemonade, and acai bowls with fresh fruit, granola and coconut, along with salads, desserts and Brazilian cheese bread.
