Chef/Owner Thomas Colicchio has created a luxurious new dining destination at the landmark Beekman Hotel in the Financial District.  The space brings back that industrial era with exposed red brick and industrial piping, along with brass chandeliers and leather banquettes. In the nearby bar room handcrafted variations of classic cocktails are offered. Executive chef Brian Hunt mans the kitchen. Look for dishes like Oysters Rockefeller and a warm lobster salad with Hen of the Woods and arugula. Entrees include rabbit schnitzel with pistachios and chanterelles; loin of lamb with Nicoise olives, swiss chard and lemon confit; and a Dry-Aged Sirloin "Rossini" with foie gras, Delicata squash, porcinis and madeira.
