Top Chef winner Harold Dieterle is in the kitchen at Ten Hope in Williamsburg. The flavors of Greece, Italy, Spain and Morocco make an appearance on Dieterle's menu with dishes like Seared Halloumi Cheese Salad with crispy kale sprouts, kiwi berries and toasted pumpkin seed vinaigrette; Spice Roasted Local Carrots with Squid ink ricotta, Mike’s Hot Honey and crispy quinoa; Crispy Octopus with Chorizo, wax beans, pickled eggplant and nigella aioli; Ten Hope Kofta Burger with Kasseri cheese, crispy potatoes and tzatziki; and Seared Diver Sea Scallops with golden beets, roasted fennel and romesco sauce. The modern space features a full bar and space for a hundred guests, including an ivy-laced patio.  Cocktails come with playful names like the Ten Hope Spritz and Comfortably Numb. Live music, dubbed Studio Sessions, will be offered on Tuesdays for up-and-coming artists. >>
