The Terrace and Outdoor Gardens lives up to its name. The restaurant on the 9th floor of the Edition Hotel offers four indoor spaces (as well as outdoor terraces) for drinking and dining. Guests enter through a lounge with a black marble bar and plush red velvet stools. The main dining area offers seating for large groups as well as for an intimate night out. Another formal space, used for special events like weddings, features a canopy of earthy ferns, while the fourth space features a bar and bench seating that will serve as a beer garden. In warmer months outdoor terraces will provide stunning views of Times Square. It's also a prime location for New Year's Eve Parties. Michelin-starred chef John Fraser is overseeing the food and beverage program which is modeled after a French brasserie and chop house. Dishes include Grilled Octopus with romesco & caselvetrano olives, Polenta with braised lamb, Filet Mignon with bone marrow butter, and Olive Oil Poached Lobster. Dessert brings Chocolate Souffle with Grand Marnier anglaise. The Terrace is sure to be a destination for hotel guests, theatre goers and city dwellers. >>
