Sushi Noz is adding a new dining experience with The Ash Room. The $175 per person omakase offers two seatings at 6:30 and 8:30 pm and is headed by former Sushi Yasuda chef Junichi Matsuzaki. The Ash Room gets its name from the wood used throughout the space and features a seven-seat ash counter with a series of seasonal nigiri.  Sushi Noz says the space is designed to bring "peace and tranquility" to those who walk through the door.
