Cititour Review:

Its address notwithstanding, most of the Café’s outdoor tables are located on a wide white porch on relatively peaceful East 94th Street. Breakfast/brunch is the biggest draw here – superb pancakes and the Dog’s ultra-filling Country Breakfast (eggs, hash browns, meat and biscuit) being the standout choices. But dinner options are equally appealing, including a delicious grilled salmon sandwich, home-style meatloaf and hearty fried chicken.
