Modern French arrives in Williamsburg at The Elm. Chef Paul Liebrandt (Corton) and Executive Chef Mazen Mustafa have put together a menu that explores both land and sea with dishes designed to be shared. Think crudités with baby lettuces, fruits and summer veggies served with a green olive-tuna crème or Kanpachi "Jamon" with watermelon, heirloom tomato and brioche. From the sea - bouillabaisse - with halibut, mussels, orange confit and fennel blossom, while from the land comes short ribs with Thumbelina carrots, argan oil and PL sauce.
