The Fly is a new chicken bar in Bedford Stuyvescant brought to you by the team behind Hart's, also in Bed-Stuy, and Cervo's on the Lower East Side. Partners Leah Campbell, Nialls Fallon and Nick Perkins (owners of Hart's and Cervo's) and chef-partner Katie Jackson are serving up rotisserie chicken (whole or half) along with an assortment of sides. A wine list with a global reach, draft beers and cocktails are also being offered. The restaurant, designed by Russell Perkins, combines stucco and cedar wood accents with a tile and white metal bar in the center of the space. a larger dining room is available for larger gatherings toward the back of the space. >>
