Restaurateur Gabriel Stulman has opened The Jones, an all-day cafe in NoHo. The restaurant is located in the building that once housed the Great Jones Cafe, and like old times, has a bust of Elvis in the window. It's described as a "neighborhood joint with a focus on light, fresh and bright" menu items. Stulman says he came up with the name, "The Jones," because that's what the locals used to call it. Stulman is known for creating such iconic restaurants as Jeffrey’s Grocery, Fedora and Simon & the Whale with his team at Happy Cooking Hospitality. Stay tuned for more details!
