Details:

The Ribbon has opened in Times Square. Bruce and Eric Bromberg, the forces behind Blue Ribbon Restaurants, have transformed the sprawling space, once occupied by Guy Fieri's American Kitchen and Bar, into an America bistro with French influences. The restaurant pays homage to a time when the area was known as Longacre Square in the 1800s with old-time photos and murals. The bar features an extensive whisky collection, while the kitchen is offering spit-roasted meats, fresh seafood and Blue Ribbon classics. Look for things like crispy fried chicken, lamb chops and deviled eggs in a polished, fine-dining atmosphere. There's also a space dedicated specifically to oysters. The Ribbon is also perfectly situated for theatergoers looking for a meal and cocktails before or after a show.
