The Riddler, an all-women funded champagne bar, now has a second location at 51 Bank Street in the West Village. Created by Jen Pelka, the bar is offering more than 100 types of champagne, including rare finds by some of the best producers. The space was designed by the same architect responsible for nearby Bar Pisellino and the revival of Pastis in the Meatpacking district. It features an old wooden bacbar, cafe tables handmade in France and custom-made banquettes. The champagne is being paired with things like tater tot waffles, caviar and potato chips, and free popcorn, along with an extensive raw bar.  Cheers! >>
