Chef Todd English is the force behind The Stinger Cocktail Bar & Kitchen. Oh, and some bees. The bar is utilizing the Intercontinental Times Square Hotel's rooftop beehives in both its cocktails and menu. Drinks with names like "The Stinger," "The Killer Bee" and "Bee Good" are the work of mixologist Francesco Lafranconi. As for the menu, look for sharable bites of shrimp dumplings with truffle honey, shallots and chili, along with a honey grilled shrimp cocktail with mango salsa. Some dishes may not incorporate honey, but are just as sweet, like avocado toasts with lump crab meat, mini lobster rolls and salmon poke. - Thomas Rafael
