For some tasty food treats head to The High Line.  Near 15th Street, under an overpass, you will find The Taco Truck, a Mexican food stand serving up flavorful authentic tacos.  Choices include guajillo marinated grilled chicken with lime-pickled onions, and pasilla braised beef with a roasted red salsa.   

We tried the slow braised pork with onions, cilantro and fresh green salsa.  For a cents more, be sure to add some guacamole.  It's fresh and lively and cheaper than a side order which costs three bucks.  get them topped with fresh guacamole.  The Taco Truck also offers a selection of tortas, or Mexican sandwiches, along with lime seasoned tortilla chips that pair well with a variety of fresh salsas.

Then grab a beer (from another stand) and a table and enjoy the stunning views The High Line has to offer.
