Tørst, which is Danish for "thirst," is hoping to quench yours with an elite selection of tap and bottled beers, some of which have never been seen on this side of the Atlantic. Chef Daniel Burns, and Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø of Denmark’s Evil Twin Brewing, have teamed up to find some of the world's most sought after brews. The bar features a custom-built, state-of-the art draft system with 21 different taps. Tucked behind the bar will be a 26-seat restaurant called Luksus, Danish for "luxury." It will offer a tasting menu of foods made with North American ingredients with the flavors of Scandinavia. For now, a small menu of charcuterie and bar snacks are being offered at this spot in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. -Thomas Rafael
