Trader Joe's takes on Brooklyn with a sprawling new shop at the landmark Independence Bank building on Court Street and Atlantic Avenue. The gothic structure with its arched windows and huge chandeliers makes shopping a pleasure, although the signiture long lines are still there along with Trader's Joe's unique product line and discount prices. Unfortunately, there's no wine store at the Brooklyn location. So, you'll still have to head to 14th Street in Manhattan for your "two buck chuck".
