NYC Restaurants

Umami Burger at Brookfield Place remains the sole survivor of the chain's expansion into New York City. Several burgers are on the menu including the original "Umami" burger with shiitake mushroom, caramelized onions and a parmesan crisp. The burger stands quite tall and is flavorful. The bun still has that umami stamp branded stamp onto the top. But for money, the real standout are the oversized onion rings. They're huge, crunchy and yes, greasy. But they are also very delicious!
