Grilled flat bread with herbed cream cheese and topped with confit of duck, bourbon caramelized onions and roasted cherry tomatoes

*This can also be served as a vegetarian dish by substituting roasted eggplant for the duck

Saga blue cheese coated in Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, deep fried and servedwith chestnut and pear brandy puree

Chicken dumplings steamed and pan seared crispy and served with a sake soy dipping sauce

Black forest ham and sharp cheddar with wilted arugula and sweet roasted peppers pressed and served with a creole mustard

A trio of mini angus sirloin burgers blended with grilled scallions, smoked bacon and Guinness beer and served with three different toppings- aged Vermont cheddar, roasted bbq’d jalapeños and “Remy” mushrooms

Smoked pork shank marinated in a Jack Daniels cayenne pepper sauce and served with salad of carrots and celery dressed with a blue cheese vinaigrette

Our own version of the classic “frank and beans” slow cooked “Brew” beans in a hearty “Jim Beam molasses” sauce, with wild boar sausage
