Twin Peaks, Law & Order and Friends were among the hit shows. The '90s brought good times and now it's the inspiration behind a pizza place. Noam Grossman is the force behind Upside Pizza in collaboration with international pizza consultant Anthony Falco. Upside is described as a slice joint using 100% naturally leavened dough (made with a sourdough starter) and house-made mozzarella. Each pie takes up to 72 hours to prep and includes Upside Don; a two inch-thick Sicilian square slice made with low-moisture mozzarella, house-made Sicilian tomato sauce, house-made breadcrumbs, Sicilian oregano, parmesan and topped with extra virgin olive oil. There's also Pepperoni Papi with four cheeses and pepperoni; Falcowitz with a white wine lemon cream sauce; and Fuzzy Dunlop – named after an iconic scene in HBO’s acclaimed series The Wire – with house-pickled chili peppers and house-seasoned sausage, mushrooms, and parmesan. The pies are being cooked in a classic Montague Hearth Bake oven.
