Valerie is a stylish spot for drinks and dinner with friends in the heart of Midtown. The space is designed to reflect Manhattan's Golden Age with a long marble bar and wall coverings featuring burlesque dancers. Cocktails include classic drinks, and a whole section devoted to gin and tonic. Non-alcoholic drinks, made with seedlip, are also available. The menu highlights American fare with over-sized burgers, including one made with white cheddar and French onion jam to a 36-hour braised beef short rib and a New York Strip. There are oysters on the half shell, smoked crispy duck wings and garden salads. Dessert brings passion fruit cheesecake and a S'mores Bar with Korean chili marshmallow. See more
